Positive aspects:
Easy to find, very nice comfortable rooms in a pleasant part of Berlin.

Negative aspects:
Not enough non-smoking areas- both mornings we had someone smoking within a few feet of us.

Positive aspects:
The hotel was very well located and extremely welcoming. The room was very clean and comfotable. It was a large room for a really cheap price. The whole hotel was kept clean to a very high standard, with cleaners in the hotel every day. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. It was included in the price and offered a wide range of food for everyone. There was cooked breakfast, toast, rolls, jams, cereal, yoghurts, fruit, salad, juices, tea and coffee. So perfect to set you up for a day sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and there were lots of leaflets available at the front desk.

Negative aspects:
There was nothing negative about the hotel. It was quiet, in a good area, well kept and superb.

Nr.I, Ihre Leute,( Staff ) waren gut, sehr gut. Nr.2, Unser erstes Zimmer war groß und sehe gemütlich, nur das Badezimmer, die Badewanne mit einer Schauerleitung von nicht mal einem Meter, war eine Zumutung fùr Acrobaten: Meine Frau requested ein anderes Zimmer und das was O.K. Das Freustueck war gut. Unser Aufhenthalt in Berlin war eine grosse Freude:

Positive aspects:
One of the best features was the location, on a quiet street, but close enough to everything that we could walk. Good restaurants nearby. The room was large and comfortable as was the bathroom. This is a small hotel that is a good value. The breakfast was good, also. If I came back to Berlin, I would stay at the Artim.

Negative aspects:
The decor of the room left a lot to be desired; unattractive color scheme.

The hotel was located in a very pleasant area close to the K Damm and other tourist areas.The staff were helpful. Our room was large and comfortable.We would definitely go back.
