Positive aspects:
Hotel was clean... with a nice bar and dining room. It's close to an U-BON station and a bus that will take you to a regional train station stops right across the street. There is a grocery market right next door if you want to buy stuff to take to your room.

Positive aspects:
very convenient transportation through bus and metro... the grandpa there was an amicable man ^^ and the my single room was spacious.. located right next to a supermarket..also good...

Negative aspects:
the bathroom facility i vaguely remember seemed relatively old...think the hotel has long tradition ^^
